We process all orders within 2-5 business days from when an order is placed, with an average processing time of 3 business days.

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, we provide FREE shipping for all orders over $99 in the US and on all orders over $199 in Canada. The average delivery time in the US for all quick ship products who have chosen the FREE ship method is 7-10 business days from when an order has been placed.

For International (non-US residents) customers who have chosen eligible FREE ship products, the average delivery time can range from 15-35 business days depending on your country. Else, you always have the option to purchase a faster delivery alternative. For more info on international shipping and shipping options, you can refer to our shipping guide here.

For all orders under $99 in the US and under $199 in Canada, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and will be provided with multiple shipping + delivery options to choose from.

If we see an opportunity to get you products within your order more quickly, we may ship products within your order separately.

ALL communications regarding your order, including: Order Confirmation, Shipping Notification, Tracking #, Delivery Confirmation will automatically be sent to you, using the email address you used when placing your order.

After receiving your order and after you’ve had an opportunity to put your new purchase to use, we will send you a quick and easy link to review each of the product(s) within your order, and a way for you to let us know how we did.

Last, every single order you process with The Offroader Supply Co.™ is eligible for stoke points. These points are calculated based on order $ value, and the impact(s) of the product(s) you purchased have on the world around us. For every $1 spent a customer will receive 1 stoke point. Products purchased which help produce a positive impact(s) in the world around us will receive $ spent x 2 = 2 stoke points.

Example: You purchase a $100 jacket by Tentree from The Offroader Supply Co.™ Tentree plants ten trees and you receive $100 x 2 = 200 stoke points for supporting a brand and purchasing a product in which produces a positive impact on the environment. Do that twice OR spend $175 annually with us on brands in which produce an impact, and you get free shipping on us, no questions asked for the rest of the calendar year. Once you have earned 350 stoke points, you get free shipping on us anywhere in the United States, no questions asked for the rest of the calendar year. *By Fall 2018, this offer will also be eligible to our friends in Canada, and the UK. Nonetheless, no matter where you are on the planet, everyone is eligible for STOKE REWARDS, GIVEAWAY’S, GETAWAY’S, AND EVENT PASSES.
